Gregory Hodowanec Sr. was a physicist, electronic engineer, experimenter and veteran. He departed this reality in 2021 at the age of 100.
This website was created as a tribute and archive of his papers.
Rhysmonic CosmologyGregory was born in Madeira, Pennsylvania on September 23, 1921. His family moved to Scranton, and he lived there until entering the army in WWII. He was a sergeant in the 42nd Rainbow Division, and received the Bronze Star. After the war, Gregory went to the University of Scranton and completed a degree in Physics. Post-graduation, he spent his working career with companies such as National Union, RCA and Edo Air as a research and development engineer. His engineering designs resulted in a number of US patents. After retirement, Gregory worked in earnest on his scientific interest in Cosmology, publishing "All about Gravitation Waves" in Radio Electronics Magazine (April 1986), and a Treatise on Rhysmonic Cosmology, along with many other papers. One of the technologies he is recognized for is the use of a capacitor as a gravimeter, to measure the Earth's gravitational field strength.
